1. Prohibition on Advertising Certain Fee Arrangements:

   • We are not permitted to advertise terms such as "no win, no fee," "no foal, no fee," "free first consultation," or any similar phrases suggesting that our legal services are offered at no cost or at a reduced cost in connection with contentious business. This includes phrases like "complimentary consultation" or "no bill until you win"​ (Law Society of Ireland)​ (Legal Services Regulatory Authority).

2. Transparent Communication:

   • While we cannot advertise specific fee arrangements, we are committed to transparent communication regarding our fees.  All discussions about potential fee arrangements,  will be conducted privately during consultations, via phone, email, or in-person meetings.  We aim to facilitate our clients in accordance with their financial constraints.

3. Detailed Fee Agreements:

   • Clients will receive a detailed written agreement outlining the terms and conditions of our fees. This ensures full transparency and understanding before any legal work begins.

4. Regular Updates on Costs:

   • We will provide regular updates on any costs incurred during the handling of your case, ensuring you are always informed of the financial aspects related to your legal proceedings.

5. Disbursements and Out-of-Pocket Expenses:

   • Any disbursements or out-of-pocket expenses, such as medical reports or expert witness fees, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon with you before they are incurred.

6. Prohibited Advertising Content:

   • Our advertisements do not contain any references to claims or possible claims for damages for personal injuries, the outcome of such claims, or any inducements to make such claims. We also avoid the use of dramatic or emotive language or images​ (Law Society of Ireland)​ (Legal Services Regulatory Authority).
